I hid out in an academic bubble for over 12 years, mainly as a student, but also as a teacher, where I tried to inspire people to create beautiful and interesting things to subvert the imperialist machine. Fortunately, I now reside in the very real world of Los Angeles with the sometimes backwards-heard-of-plastic-inspired Angelinos, which can make life quite interesting. Unfortunately, my brain has begun to fester.

After being a father, and life partner, I am an artist. I float through this captivating world, contemplating all the different human manifestations of power, while deconstructing the idea of power itself. I often question whether Nietzsche’s brilliant ramblings have inspired, or soiled my thoughts. It is these musings have been the conceptual foundation of my art over the last decade.
